Allianz Physiotherapy in London

Ring the member helpline printed on your policy card, say you would like physiotherapy, describe the area that is bothering you, and name IP Physio (Ilias Paschopoulos) as the practice you want to attend. The adviser will log the claim and read out an authorisation reference along with the number of visits they have released.

Quote our Allianz provider number if requested: it is the same reference used to invoice Allianz Worldwide Care directly for your sessions.

International Allianz plans sometimes ask for a doctor's referral or a completed claim form before physiotherapy is approved. Ask about this on the call so nothing holds up your first appointment.

Allianz-funded appointments are 60 minutes each, initial assessment and follow-ups alike, matching the format we use for all insurers except Bupa and AXA Health.

That length lets us combine assessment, objective measurement and treatment in a single visit rather than splitting them across appointments.

We invoice the insurer for you, so there is nothing to reclaim afterwards, as long as a valid authorisation reference is in place before your first visit. Anything your policy makes you personally liable for, most commonly the excess, is settled with us on the day.

If treatment needs to continue past the approved sessions we tell you early, supply a clinical summary for Allianz, and set out the self-pay alternative so there is no gap in your rehabilitation.
