Knee & ACL Physiotherapy at Soho
Knee and ACL rehabilitation is treated at our Soho clinic, from acute ligament and meniscal injuries to post-surgical reconstruction and patellofemoral pain. Soho is one of our two sites with ForceDecks force plates, so strength, asymmetry and jump testing can guide every stage of your return to sport. Shockwave therapy (ESWT) is also available here for stubborn tendon problems around the knee. See our Knee & ACL rehabilitation page for more detail.
Shoulder Physiotherapy at Soho
We assess and treat shoulder pain at Soho, including rotator cuff problems, impingement, instability, frozen shoulder and post-operative shoulders. Treatment combines hands-on work with progressive loading in the on-site gym space, and shockwave therapy is available when calcific or persistent tendon pain is part of the picture. See our Sports injury physiotherapy page for more detail.
Back & Spine Physiotherapy at Soho
Low back and neck pain are among the most common presentations at our Soho clinic, including disc-related pain, nerve irritation and desk-related postural problems. Assessment is followed by hands-on treatment and a graded strength programme delivered in the gym space rather than a handout of generic exercises. See our Gym-based physiotherapy page for more detail.
TMJ & Jaw Physiotherapy at Soho
Jaw pain, clicking, locking and jaw-related headaches are treated at Soho by assessing the temporomandibular joint alongside the upper neck. Sessions are one-to-one and include hands-on jaw and cervical treatment plus habit and load advice you can apply between appointments. See our TMJ physiotherapy page for more detail.
Hip Physiotherapy at Soho
Hip and groin problems, including impingement, gluteal tendinopathy and hip-related sporting pain, are assessed and treated at Soho. Objective hip strength testing with dynamometry and ForceDecks helps us confirm progress, and shockwave therapy is available here for persistent gluteal tendon pain. See our Sports injury physiotherapy page for more detail.
